The AlterEurope thematic conferences of the year 2021-2022 take the form of joint conferences organised online with Vilniaus universitetas (Lithuania). The conferences address different topics related to European Union’s external relations. Each conference will consist in a presentation and discussion based on a book or a collection of articles.

- November 24th, 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm: “Spreading Asylum Norms in Ukraine: Multi-Level Transfer Network and Practices”, Dr. Irina Mützelburg.
- December 1st, 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm: “China in Central and Eastern Europe”, Dr. Konstantinas Andrijauskas.
- December 8th , 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm: “What does the (in)effectiveness of the EU response to the crisis in Belarus and (the lack of) reforms in Ukraine and Moldova says about the EU’s power in the Eastern Neighborhood?”, Dr. Ramunas Vilpisauskas.
